This agreement is legal and binding. If you are wanting to place a deposit on a puppy that is under 5 weeks of age you can do so with this form: If the puppy is 7 weeks of age the puppy must be paid for when you decide to make the purchase.

I do agree to have my puppy spayed or neutered at the appropriate age determined by your vet and not to exceed 8 months, unless there is a reason in writing from your veterinarian.

I do agree that this puppy will NEVER be bred or used for breeding. In the event your puppy has been bred OR  used in breeding, you will be responsible for all attorney fees. The cost of breeding this puppy is $5000.00 US dollars, attorney fees and the puppy being returned to Yoshi's Bichons. 

AKC Papers will be held by Yoshi’s until the Spay/Neuter Contract has been returned to the breeder signed by your veterinarian showing that the puppy has been altered and is not capable of breeding or being bred. The Spay/Neuter Certificate from your Vet MUST include the microchip number, showing where your vet has scanned the dog and identified this puppy.  I (WE) do hereby agree to all of the above in purchasing a puppy from Yoshi's Bichons.
