Yoshi's Bichon Frise Contract & Guarantee
Please make sure you read your guarantee before placing a deposit on a puppy. This is to certify that the buyer agrees to never sell or give the puppy to any Pet Shop, pet farm, or simular institution. If, within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, the purchaser believes the dog to be sick, the purchaser agrees to return it to the seller, with a letter from an examining licensed veterinarian. The seller will either refund the purchase price, return the dog to the purchaser in well condtiion, or exhange the dog for another dog of equal value. Seller assumes NO responsiblity for this puppy after leaving the premises; such as medical expenses, landlords disapproval, allergies to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other reason, other than stated. If within (1) ONE year of the stated purchase date, the buyer's veternarian and the breeder's veterinarian discover a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function or mobility of the puppy, the breeder is obligated to replace the puppy, within a 5 month period of the findings. The breeder is NOT responsible for Any Vet bills or ANY other bill regarding this pup nor is she responsible for damages, physical or emotional to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise to other individuals. The breeder will Not replace a puppy whose problem is a result of its new environment. Your breeder is always willing to give advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of the puppy is of primary concern. AKC registration application or registration certificate will be provided with completion of the transaction or as soon as possible thereafter. When placing a deposit on a puppy, I do require a NON Refundable Deposit. The balance of the puppy and the shipping cost MUST BE PAID IN FULL, by the time the puppy is 7 weeks of age, to provide the breeder time for preparing the puppy for leaving the breeders home. The breeder has the right to offer limited or full registration. Full registration must be discussed and approved before a deposit is placed on a puppy. Limited Registration Puppies MUST be spayed or neutured at 6 months of age, or as your veterinarian advises. This puppy is NOT to be bred unless prior arrangements are made and puppy is sold with full registration. I also reserve the right to decline the sale of a puppy for whatever reason I see necessary for the best interest of the puppy. Any photos sent to the breeder may be used on the breeders website. The "Yoshi's" Kennel name will be included on the AKC Registration and must be used in the naming of the puppy, when the puppy is sold with full registration. By placing a deposit on a puppy, you have agreed to all of said guarantee.
