This is Shelli L. I just wanted to thank you for letting me buy Marley. I can tell that you are a wonderful breeder by how healthy and happy he is, so I just wanted to say thanks. He has been such a blessing! He has brought so much joy and love to our house. I bought him from you last May and we have been loving him ever since. He is the smartest and funniest dog I have ever met. He does this hilarious thing where he will sit on on his hind legs and move his front paws like he is dancing! We love all of the new things he comes up with everyday!  I just cant get over his little spunky personality. Also, he enjoys going on walks, playing with other dogs and his toys, and going in the car. I just wanted to update you on how Mr. Marley was doing! Thank you once again for our little bundle of joy! I was just talking to one of the ladies that bought a Bichon from me.. Sue you know I'm talking about you. Thank you for your encouraging thoughts. It's people like you and all of you who send the pics and the cards that make it all worth while. I love my Bichons so much and I  love to hear back from you all with the stories, the letters, the books,my Bichon Frise on TV. Now one of my babies was used in a picture advertisement for a Jewelry store. I hear some amazing stories and I thank you all for sharing them with me and giving me the pleasure of knowing what is going on with one of my "Yoshi's Bichons... Thanks to you all.. Tracy & Kemp  I have to figure out how to put the link on here so  Allie can be shown on TV. Hi Darla,

I just wanted to send you an update and some pictures of little Linus.  He got a pretty bad cold the week after we brought him home, but he's all better now.  He is cute as a button and getting bigger every day.  His favorite toy is anything he can chew-especially my hair and his sister's tail! 

His big sister Lucy is getting to know him and they are beginning to snuggle together when they sleep-super cute :)

 

 

We think Linus is super adorable and full of spunk and fun!

Czar is doing wonderful -- he is such a great dog everywhere we go everybody just stops dead in their tracks and have to come talk to us about the most beautiful & well behaved Bichon in Alaska. I can not thank you enough for letting him come live in our home!! My husband Ron is now home and our whole family is together for the holidays & Czar is like our new baby everyone wants to spoil him -- I will send you a photo real soon -- so nice to hear from you take care & have a wonderful holiday season!!!!! Hi! Darla  My name is Mary W. This coming January six years ago I obtained a male Bichon from you. He was six months old. I named him Oliver. My husband and I love him very much. He loves to play outdoors with my husband and our lab mix, Lucy. I am really thinking about having a femal bichon puppy and I would like to know if there is any chance of getting one from you. We think that Oliver is very good quality. He has very good skin and is very sweet. I attached pictures of him and those who know him think these are funny. Oliver loves to play, with his ball and in the water. He is amazing. And I do keep him clean and groomed.

I am in love she has brought such happiness to my life already. I have named her Daisy. I made an appointment to get her spayed Sept.27th. I also found a great groomer who knows how to groom Bichons. I have seen her work. She has many trophies. Thank you again for my baby. I will mail you the paper work after the Vet signs etc. I have surgery tommorrow. I will be glad when its over and I start to heal. Daisy and I get in my big lazy boy everynight and watch tv until bedtime. I have church from 7pm to 8pm onm Wednesday then we get in my chair when I get home. She is very playful but also very loveable. She has lots of toys to enjoy. Talk soon...In God's Love , Brenda

Good Morning Darla,

 

I am in love. I love my baby so much she is everything I wanted. You are right she is a lovebug. I couldn't be happier with her. She sits on my lap everynight and gives me kisses. She plays with all her toys I got her. She picked them out herself at Petsmart. I have put her on Nutro Lamb/Rice and incorporate with the Diamond like you said. I can get that here where I live to. We go outside and also on the patio. She sleeps in her crate with her new pink plush bed and lambswool teddybear she picked at the store. She looked so beautiful when I got her and smelled good to. What do you use on her coat? Is she good for a bath and grooming?? I hope this finds you well!  Spring has finally arrived in Nebraska, and the dogs are loving it!
 
I wanted to write because Kayleigh had her distemper and rabies shot today and I thought you'd like to know what the vet said.  She's 12lbs, 5 oz and "perfect."  The vet said she's wonderful and is a fine dog.  Her body is a perfect weight, perfect form and exactly what a Bichon should be.  She said she obviously came from a fine line.  Her health is also very good as well as her teeth and eyes.
 
Of course, we know we have a wonderful dog from a great breeder, but it's always nice to hear it from a vet!  As I was driving home, I thought you would like to hear it too.  I'm also including a picture since we haven't sent one in a long time.  She's a very happy dog, but a bit bossy and rules the roost, including our 8-year old Cairn terrier.  They get along great and we're one big happy family!

Happy New Year! I wanted to update you on Lucky and Chance.  Lucky has only been with us for nearly 8 weeks and it feels like he's been a part of us for longer!  He has adjusted so well; he is a happy, playful and silly little puppy.  He is getting along with Chance so well, they look forward to their playdates.  He weighed 7.7 lbs on our last vet visit!  Housebreaking him has been going well as he has an older brother who shows him the ropes.  I can actually leave him in the house to roam with Chance, sometimes for hours, and he will wait for me to take him out for his walk!  He's so adorable and funny, he's added so much sunshine to our lives and keeps Chance so happy.  Thank you again for the opportunity to have another one of your beautiful pups!

Hi Darla, how are you! oh how we love our little rowdy. he is precious and has become more of a cuddler since he turned about 1 1/2 yrs old. precious!! he loves his back yard although he doesn't spend very much time outside unless he's with me or bob. he's a sidekick to our older bichon murphy. they are usually close together. i know rowdy would be depressed if murphy would leave us (he's 12 1/2).  thank you for raising such sweet and wonderful dogs. they are a huge part of my life and the best medicine whenever i need a little lift!

I just wanted to share with you how happy and in love we are with your dogs!  Lucky is such a super dog with a fantastic temperament.  He is so happy to be around Chance and Chance is also happier having his brother constantly nag him.  Lucky has recovered fully from being neutered 12 days ago and he is one happy and hungry 10.7 lb boy!  We love them so much!  Thank you again for breeding such beautiful dogs.

I'm writing to let you know that Bichons 822 & 100 are wonderful.  They play, snuggle, fight and love us all the time.  They both are the same weight and height.  They totally love each other.  Let me tell you I should have named them Crazy & Lazy that fits there personalities the best.  My name for 822 Charice didn't fit her so I had to change to Cotton Pick'en Crazy and my other one is Sweet as Candy-Candise.  My pictures are no where as nice as yours but all in all they are cute with any camera.

Dear Darla;
Took.Rocky in for his vet check/Parvo booster...one more to go;  he
weighs 5lbs 3oz and my vet declared him a terrific pup with a great
disposition1...but then, you knew that.  i have changed his food to
Nutri source chiken and rice..the pet food store we use doesn't carry
Diamond, but does carry their next upgrade...Artemis.  Nutri Source is
a simpler food, no corn or wheat...and even smaller kibble,,,,Rocky

This rainy Sunday afternoon, all 4 of us just go up from naps and are set for a car ride.
We are thankful to the Lord for leading us to you for the puppies He wanted to bless us with.
Right now, they are playing tag around the furniture.  Ron is training Gracie on some things and they both are doing quite well. 
 
Happy and Gracie together are calming down with each other.

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we are with your pup.  We've named her Addie, short for Adele. She met our vet the day after we brought her home.  Dr. Anderson said she had a beautiful coat.  Of course, everyone who has met Addie is in love with her.  She also met her groomer who took such gentle care of our Allie.  They too fell in love with her instantly. 
 
She has quite the personality.  I wonder if she slept at the top of the puppy pile b/c she loves to sleep on my pillow with her chin resting on my head.  She also likes to sleep with her body across my neck!  The past week she's started sleeping more on the pillow pushing me off, but that's okay too.  She is quite the naughty little thing, but we enjoy that.  House training is coming along.  We had snow Tues and Wed of this week, about 4 inches with frigid temps.  Fortunately, she likes to get out, do her thing and get in.
 
When I get a chance to download some pictures of her I'll send you a picture or two.
 
I wanted to thank you for breeding such quality bichons and for the opportunity to buy a pup.  We are thrilled to have her join our family.  She has been the answer to our many months of prayers...finding the right puppy to fit into our family.  Both Kolby and Weston still fight over who gets to hold her leash when we take her outside; who gets to let her out of the cage when we arrive home; and who gets to take her upstairs to sit on their bed for the bedtime prayers.

Hi Darla -

Wanted to send a picture or two of our Yoshi bichon babies we got this past
year - Ollie is now a year old (parents are Stormy and Renee July 2008
litter), and our sweet Sadie is 6 months old, (parents Pete and Winter Feb
2009 litter).  They are so adorable and are a big part of our family
now.  Ollie and Sadie loved each other from the first day without a
problem, they are inseparable and its so cute to see them sleeping or
playing so close together in a little pile of white bichons.  They make us
laugh every day, and of course they both sleep with us.

They both have the most beautiful coats; Sadie's is now getting such a
pretty coat and tail since she's 6 months old and Ollie's coat is so thick
its like plush carpet.  We think they are both pretty special.

You may remember that I had never had a female dog before and wanted one
for a long time; when we got Ollie there were no girls available, and while
we adored him and were delighted to get him, when you 6  or so months later
decided not to keep Sadie for yourself to show and let her come to Iowa, we
were more than thrilled to come get her.

I hope this finds you and your family well.  I hope you have gotten moved
and settled into your new house.
Again, thanks for providing us with wonderful bichons, they are pure
enjoyment for us.

Gracie and Happy are doing great.  Happy is Momma's boy and  Gracie gravitates more to Ron.  It's special times
just right. (That just came out) ha 
We hope you are doing good and maybe you are all moved into your new place
by now.
I have to tell you this.  A long time ago Ron bought a computer pad with 2
Bichons on it. Talk about prophecy, or destiny, whatever, just last week I
realized that these 2 Bichons resemble Happy and Gracie in such a remarkable
way, that it makes your skin crawl. Happy even has his chew bone between his
paws.   That has to be a miracle.

  Gracie is sleeping in her kennel all night now with a couple breaks to her diaper pad.  (Thank you Darla for starting her off to go on that picture frame pad,  (really appreciated!)
Before sunset, we like to go across the road to a walk area, lots of room there.  Gracie chases a kick ball around for a few minutes, -   she is such a fast runner!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
She is so sweet and we love her very much.
We are looking forward to bringing "Happy" home too.
Ron bought a wall hanging, it says, "I love my Bichon, we are family"..

Kayleigh made a wonderful passenger and had a good ride home.  We're glad we split the trip into two days, but she was very good.  She slept well and has hardly made a peep.  Her appetite is a healthy one and she's done great going outside.
 
She's going to adjust just fine and our Suzie is adapting too.  She's melted the hearts of my in-laws and Kevin's grandma (who's threatened to steal her)! 
 
We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate what you've done and that she's come into a good home.

Hi Darla - I wanted to send you a couple pictures of Ollie.  We love him so
much and hopefully he feels the same about us.  We are having so much fun
with him - what a personality bichons have and, of course, you raise only
the best babies (and we really do appreciate your hard work)!  As I told
you, he's 6 months old now, about 12" tall and weighs about 13 pounds. He
loves to go with us everywhere we go, adores our grandchildren, sleeps in
our bed with us at night, and is full of joy and pep, just a cuddly little
love.

He just had a haircut this week so I took pictures while he's looking so
'fancy schmancy'.  We are still hoping to get him a little girl to play
with and hope to do that at a time when this awful Iowa winter subsides.

Butters is adorable!  He is full of spit and vinegar and gets way too much attention!  We gave him his first bath Friday night and he did pretty well. 

He is devoted to Molly and insists on sleeping in her bed with her, but she doesn’t seem to mind.

Did I tell you he is the cutest puppy in the world?

He is great.  Loves to play and is very fiesty, which is good for my other Bichon.   
Questions about how you were training him.  I know you said you had a doggy door, but did you also have paper down anywhere in the house?  Is that something that you recommend?  He goes immediately after he eats, within minutes, so that one is easy, its the rest of the day.  He slept all night last night so that is going good.  Thanks for checking with us!

We bought Lucky from you well over 3 years ago, (we celebrated his Birthday over the summer) ,
He is doing just great , he weighs 10.5 pounds and is a little bit over a foot. Lucky's official name is
LuckyBoy Jones-Barsoumian XII. He was in Abby and Jingles' litter , he is just so cute and spoiled. Lucky is really friendly,loving, and funny.
Lucky is very healthy , but he refused to eat the Royal Canin dog food , but he eats Filet Mignon
for dinner ,and some of my scrambled eggs for breakfast, He likes to snack on Greenie bones.
We are taking excellent care of Lucky ,
when we were celebrating my Nephew's Birthday in the Ritz-Carlton, we rented the Presidential
Suite for Lucky and hired a babysitter ( Lucky likes meeting new people, but can't stay alone) .
We Love Lucky , and Thank you for such a perfect dog (don't let lucky hear that I called him a dog , he'll get so mad!)
