Hi Darla,

Sending you the latest pictures of the ‘kids’.

They enjoy playing together and are fun to watch.

Hope all is well by you.

In Christ,

Nancy & Ron

We hope that you are doing well and want you to know that Duke is
wonderful and just a loving joy.  He loves to play and fetch his toys
and also tries to talk.

Hi Darla,
We hope all is well at your house.
This rainy Sunday afternoon, all 4 of us just go up from naps and are set for a car ride.
We are thankful to the Lord for leading us to you for the puppies He wanted to bless us with.
Right now, they are playing tag around the furniture.  Ron is training Gracie on some things and they both are doing quite well.

Happy and Gracie together are calming down with each other.

I love him to death .  At the end of the day we crash on the couch for our nap if we are lucky.  Hope you enjoy the pictures.  I hear mom wrote to you about the chocolat chip cookies.  I told her to tell you that she is 75 and I am 50,  and I still beg for cookie dough !  Ha !  Ha !   Have a great day Dawn

Romeo arived at 11:34am.  He is a doll, an absolute doll !.  He is such a snuggler.   Wrigley was a bit currious at first, had to sniff Romeo and make sure all is ok.  And yes Romeo has pass Wrigley inspection and Wrigley has pass Romeo's inspection.  They get along so nice, I was expecting a couple of days before they warmed up to each other.  But they are like peas in a pod.  Good buddys !  And Grandma just love little Romeo.  You can tell he came from a good home. When I get Pictures of Romeo, Wrigley, Mom and I , Im going to send them to you.   Darla Thank you so much for the little doll boy and All  your help.  Everything went smooth at the airport.  God bless you ! Dawn

Darla:

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how happy we are with your pup.  We've named her Addie, short for Adele. She met our vet the day after we brought her home.  Dr. Anderson said she had a beautiful coat.  Of course, everyone who has met Addie is in love with her.  She also met her groomer who took such gentle care of our Allie.  They too fell in love with her instantly.

She has quite the personality.  I wonder if she slept at the top of the puppy pile b/c she loves to sleep on my pillow with her chin resting on my head.  She also likes to sleep with her body across my neck!  The past week she's started sleeping more on the pillow pushing me off, but that's okay too.  She is quite the naughty little thing, but we enjoy that.  House training is coming along.  We had snow Tues and Wed of this week, about 4 inches with frigid temps.  Fortunately, she likes to get out, do her thing and get in.

When I get a chance to download some pictures of her I'll send you a picture or two.

I wanted to thank you for breeding such quality bichons and for the opportunity to buy a pup.  We are thrilled to have her join our family.  She has been the answer to our many months of prayers...finding the right puppy to fit into our family.  Both Kolby and Weston still fight over who gets to hold her leash when we take her outside; who gets to let her out of the cage when we arrive home; and who gets to take her upstairs to sit on their bed for the bedtime prayers.

Have a great day and I'll be in touch with some pictures.

Blessings to you and your family,

Tracy A. Topeka, KS

Just a quick update on Bailey.  She has reached the 7lb mark and her coat is absolutely lovely.  She had her 2nd grooming and is scheduled for spaying this month.  She has developed into a very cute, feisty, and sometimes stubborn companion.  We are enjoying her immensely.  We are thrilled that we found you on the web and that Holly and Buddy had such lovely puppies available.

Hi Darla -

Wanted to send a picture or two of our Yoshi bichon babies we got this past
year - Ollie is now a year old (parents are Stormy and Renee July 2008
litter), and our sweet Sadie is 6 months old, (parents Pete and Winter Feb
2009 litter).  They are so adorable and are a big part of our family
now.  Ollie and Sadie loved each other from the first day without a
problem, they are inseparable and its so cute to see them sleeping or
playing so close together in a little pile of white bichons.  They make us
laugh every day, and of course they both sleep with us.

They both have the most beautiful coats; Sadie's is now getting such a
pretty coat and tail since she's 6 months old and Ollie's coat is so thick
its like plush carpet.  We think they are both pretty special.

You may remember that I had never had a female dog before and wanted one
for a long time; when we got Ollie there were no girls available, and while
we adored him and were delighted to get him, when you 6  or so months later
decided not to keep Sadie for yourself to show and let her come to Iowa, we
were more than thrilled to come get her.

I hope this finds you and your family well.  I hope you have gotten moved
and settled into your new house.
Again, thanks for providing us with wonderful bichons, they are pure
enjoyment for us.

MJ

 Hi Darla,
Gracie and Happy are doing great.  Happy is Momma's boy and  Gracie gravitates more to Ron.  It's special times
just right. (That just came out) ha
We hope you are doing good and maybe you are all moved into your new place
by now.
I have to tell you this.  A long time ago Ron bought a computer pad with 2
Bichons on it. Talk about prophecy, or destiny, whatever, just last week I
realized that these 2 Bichons resemble Happy and Gracie in such a remarkable
way, that it makes your skin crawl. Happy even has his chew bone between his
paws.   That has to be a miracle.

Have a great day,

Nancy and Ron

Hi Darla,
Gracie is sleeping in her kennel all night now with a couple breaks to her diaper pad.  (Thank you Darla for starting her off to go on that picture frame pad,  (really appreciated!)
Before sunset, we like to go across the road to a walk area, lots of room there.  Gracie chases a kick ball around for a few minutes, -   she is such a fast runner!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She is so sweet and we love her very much.
We are looking forward to bringing "Happy" home too.
Ron bought a wall hanging, it says, "I love my Bichon, we are family"..
Have a good day,
Love Nancy

Darla,

The puppy photos you are showing are absolutely precious as are the puppies you breed!!!

Thank you for our little "Angel", who is just over two years old.  We have had Schnauzers prior to this Bichon, and we have loved them dearly.......BUT .....this little girl has absolutely captivated us.  She is so "SPECIAL".  We took her to the vet yesterday for her yearly shots and some lady bringing in her own dog rushed up to us and gushed -- "Oh, look at this beautiful dog -- is she a Hollywood Star" -- We answered "No, but she's treated like one!"

Thanks again.

Pat M

Darla,

Kayleigh made a wonderful passenger and had a good ride home.  We're glad we split the trip into two days, but she was very good.  She slept well and has hardly made a peep.  Her appetite is a healthy one and she's done great going outside.

She's going to adjust just fine and our Suzie is adapting too.  She's melted the hearts of my in-laws and Kevin's grandma (who's threatened to steal her)!

We just wanted you to know how much we appreciate what you've done and that she's come into a good home.

Blessings,
Kim & Kevin

Hi Darla,

Just wanted to check in to let you know how my little guy is doing. We went to the vet yesterday for his checkup and the doctor said he was a beautiful bichon with a beautiful coat! He weighed in at 5.05 lbs. so he is gaining. He is getting such the little spoiled attitude now but oh how he makes me laugh when he just runs and runs and runs! I did sleep with him the first couple of nights he was here but he now sleeps in his crate all night just like at your house. I never hear a wimper from he. He is so good. Potty training is a challenge but we are working on that. The vet said now at 10 weeks he should start to understand and hopefully get it down. He had another shot and will have another one in about 4 weeks. I bought him a little sweater as it is still a little cold outside. I took him to work with me and by the time he left his little head was full of lipstick and perfume! Oh my!

I just love this little guy soooooooo much! Thank you again for him. I was missing my memory card in my camera and just bought another one so I will send some pics this week.

Take Care,

Jackie in Washington

 Hi Darla,

How are you? I really enjoyed meeting you. You are such a sweet lady.
We got home safe and sound. Zoe is such a good girl. She is very sweet. Our Bichon is not sure about her yet. He smelled her and kind of looked at her and said, as long as you let me sleep we will get along fine.
She ate little bit and played a lot and took a nap. She loves a small ball that my son has. She is been playing with it since we got home. I think that is going to be her ball.
Thank you very much for everything. I will send you picture soon. Take care. Talk to you soon.

Marya

Hi Darla - I wanted to send you a couple pictures of Ollie.  We love him so
much and hopefully he feels the same about us.  We are having so much fun
with him - what a personality bichons have and, of course, you raise only
the best babies (and we really do appreciate your hard work)!  As I told
you, he's 6 months old now, about 12" tall and weighs about 13 pounds. He
loves to go with us everywhere we go, adores our grandchildren, sleeps in
our bed with us at night, and is full of joy and pep, just a cuddly little
love.

He just had a haircut this week so I took pictures while he's looking so
'fancy schmancy'.  We are still hoping to get him a little girl to play
with and hope to do that at a time when this awful Iowa winter subsides.

Best wishes to you and yours,
Mary Jean and Gerald

Darla,

He is doing really good. I think he is past the separation of his siblings now. He is very playful, he is eating and just a joy to have! He has slept with me everynight. Probably not a good habit to start, but I just couldn't resist, especially his first 2 nights as he was scared and I just didn't have the heart to put him in his crate. He has a huge crate that I went and bought for him, one that he can grow in. What a personality he has!
He is sleeping right now on the couch. Yes, very spoiled. But it is nice to cuddle with him when I am watching tv. My 2 ragdoll cats aren't sure about him yet, but he has no problem going up to them. He acts like he wants to play with them. My boy ragdoll actually slept next to him on the couch earlier today, it was so cute.
I will send some new pics soon! Kisses from you to the baby. Take Care.

Hi Darla!

There was definitely a buzz in the air yesterday during the Inauguration, although it was extremely cold.
I had two tickets which I gave to some friends of mine while I worked the event.  Although I'm the staff assistant to the CEO, I worked as an escort and was able to meet some movie stars and singers....it's amazing how most of them looked exactly like they do on tv.  Today, the Capitol Visitor Center is the busiest it has ever been since we opened on December 2nd.

Darla, I would like to purchase him.  :)

Trust me Darla, I considered letting President Obama know about your wonderful Bichons.   EVERYONE absolutely falls in love with Ziggy and I know his daughters would be thrilled with any one of your puppies...

Darla,

I just wanted to write you and let you see a picture of Bailey.  She
has been such a great addition to our family and we couldn't be any
happier with her.  Thanks again!

1st Mommy,

Thank you for my new mommy. She is kind, loving, warm and already is giving me so much love and attention. She gives me lots of kisses and snuggles with me. I really like that. Although I miss you and my siblings, I really think I am going to like it here. The rest of my new human family is nice too! My mommy's kids & grandkids love me too! Whenever they get the chance they can't help but play with me. I will never be alone here and will never go unloved. I just wanted to reassure you that you have sent me to a wonderful home in Seattle, WA. I can't wait to explore my new surroundings. My mommy told me she is going to take me with her wherever she goes. We are going to the pet store tomorrow to buy me some new toys, yippee! Next week, we will go to my new doctor for a checkup.

There will always be a special place in my heart for you...............................................................

Enjoy the pics. My mommy will be sending you some of her and I together.

Hi Darla,
I wanted to touch base and keep you posted on Chance. He is doing VERY WELL and is getting lots of attention and love from all of us.  I can't believe we are already contemplating getting him a companion.     Sincerely, Catherine

Hello Dear Darla, We hope you and your family are very fine.  We just wanted to say hi and send you a picture of our darling little girl Sugar.  She is now 1 year old (her Birthday is Sep. 20) and she is as wonderful as always.  Recive our hugs and Sugar's love all the time.  Hugs for Jingles and Holly and for all your wonderful Bichons.  God bless you all very much.
Love

Hello Darla!

Butters is adorable!  He is full of spit and vinegar and gets way too much attention!  We gave him his first bath Friday night and he did pretty well.

He is devoted to Molly and insists on sleeping in her bed with her, but she doesn’t seem to mind.

Did I tell you he is the cutest puppy in the world?

Mary

He is great.  Loves to play and is very fiesty, which is good for my other Bichon.
Questions about how you were training him.  I know you said you had a doggy door, but did you also have paper down anywhere in the house?  Is that something that you recommend?  He goes immediately after he eats, within minutes, so that one is easy, its the rest of the day.  He slept all night last night so that is going good.  Thanks for checking with us!
Roberta

Hello Darla----

First,, I was out of town this weekend, so had no access to email so sorry for the late reply…. (but Lisa and Catherine were here with the pup)

Our family is really enjoying Tyler….   Yes he has a lot of spunk, and a great addition to our family….  The ride home was fine on Thursday, and we did our potty training right away (3 times on Thursday night,  and 2 on Friday and Saturday night (like middle of the night that is)…

It’s a crazy week for me,, but rest assured Tyler is in loving and caring hands.    We will get you a more complete update and some photos in a few days,, but all is OK with him.

Again Darla, I know the other pup misses his brother, as well you too.  I’ll go to the family room, in just a minute, and give him a love hug and kiss from you.

THANKS for your concern, and allowing us to adopt part of your family…

Most Sincerely,,

Mark E

Hi Darla!

Ziggy is such a wonderful puppy!   I swear you should be the only Bichon breeder cause your puppies have a wonderful, happy disposition.   I will send pictures when I can!

Jennifer

Darla,

We bought Lucky from you well over 3 years ago, (we celebrated his Birthday over the summer) ,
He is doing just great , he weighs 10.5 pounds and is a little bit over a foot. Lucky's official name is
LuckyBoy Jones-Barsoumian XII. He was in Abby and Jingles' litter , he is just so cute and spoiled. Lucky is really friendly, loving, and funny.
Lucky is very healthy , but he refused to eat the Royal Canin dog food , but he eats Filet Mignon
for dinner ,and some of my scrambled eggs for breakfast, He likes to snack on Greenie bones.
We are taking excellent care of Lucky ,
when we were celebrating my Nephew's Birthday in the Ritz-Carlton, we rented the Presidential
Suite for Lucky and hired a babysitter ( Lucky likes meeting new people, but can't stay alone) .
We Love Lucky , and Thank you for such a perfect dog (don't let lucky hear that I called him a dog , he'll get so mad!)

Thanks Again,

Lana

Hello Darla:

Just wanted to drop you a message letting you know that Maggie is doing great.  She is officially our “third child”.  She’s got the kindest personality and is such a joy to be around!!!Take care,

Malin

Darla, I have attached some pictures of Bojangles "Bo" and our older Bichon Cayce.  They get along well and Bo really looks up to Cayce.  It is hard to believe Bo will be one year in Ju
